Couple days ago probably got my "Deal of the Year" via local Craig's List:

* 2012 Mac Pro
* 12-Core 2.66Ghz
* 4 1TB Hard drives
* 32GB RAM
* Radeon 5770 1GB video card

...all for $150 bucks (they seem to be selling for around $500 on eBay)...pretty excited.

2012 Mac Pro's do have some macOS limitations...but what it does support works for me for many situations.:)

Thank you. Seller was actually asking $200 for it (still a very good price). I offered $150 expecting him to either stick to the $200...or counter-offer with $175...but he accepted $150.:)

Turns out it was a computer fix guy who mainly does Windows computers. He did his homework & knew what the Mac Pro was worth...but he got it for "free" from a client that was switching to a Windows setup. Thus anything he got for it was profit. I think he was in a hurry unload it as well.

Both of us walked away happy!:)

Imagine... moving from a Mac Pro (even if it is 10 years old) to a Windows machine. [*shudder*] - Doesn't bear thinking about!

I need a lie down now...
