Need to Record sveral sessions on conference

I will be attending. The speakers will be broadcast on an FM frequency. I guess this is for the hearing-impaired or possible overflow attendees in another meeting room.

I would like to take advantage of the FM requency to record.

Will the new iPod do this and store the recording for me???
