Need Program

I need a program that records audio coming from my computer
For example, I am playing a game and I want a program that records all the sound that comes from the game

GarageBand would do this but it's probably not the most efficient way.

If you set the internal microphone up properly then launch GB and create a new Real Instrument track and hit record it should record the game sounds.

Then again if the Game is taking over your Mac it would be difficult to manage this.

Audio Hijack is my next choice.
