20-inch iMac, 1GB RAM, 160 GB hard drive
Hey guys, I got my mac a while ago, and for the last few months I've been using my family's email account. But now I'm in college, and they've given me a new email address. The problem is, I don't know how to access the account. If you have any idea how to get it to work, please tell me.

Is your e-mail account given to you by the school?

Your school probably has a website with this information. Look up the Office of InformationTechnology or Computer Support or whatever in the school directory.
