Can't find "My Web Search" logo on Safari tool bar. Trying to uninstall Television Fanatic plug in. Safari quits due to error in Television Fanatic plug in. Manufacturer suggests disabling by clicking arrow to the right of My Search Web logo on tool bar, the selecting Disable Features from drop down menu. Can't find it.

To my knowledge, "My Web Search" is an adware/spyware variant made for Windows. It's possible that the manufacturer may have been giving you advice geared toward Windows users.

Most Safari plug-ins can be managed by going into the Safari menu, selecting Preferences and going to the Extensions tab.
