And before people start circling things (*cough* TattooedMac *cough*), yes, that's an old Android phone (I need to start testing my apps on actual Android devices).

All good, it seems to be taken with a iPhone 6 ;)

Oddly enough, I'm very bothered by the messy cord situation underneath my desk. It's driving me crazy...

Im like that, and I'm in the process of building a new Desk top, stained, with posters and stickers glued down then will be covered with a coat of clear lacquer. Im going to build a cord channel at the back so you can't see them at all.

Velcro.:)

This is what I use, in my car and at home where I have a lot of cords. Couple of $ a metre, can't go wrong

I use brackets too (hooks actually) but screwed into the back of the desk. My power block is screwed to the back too.
That way if I ever want to move the desk...
Still have junk on the floor. Power warts for the printer and external drive. You know, not the kind that plug in, but are inline with the cord.

You want to come clean up my cord mess? That would be great.

That's pretty cheap especially since, being my desk and close to an outlet, I'd only need 0.5 metre or so.

Love the stand. If you get the cords neat and tidy you know the cord demons will just come in the night and mess them up again. ?

At least that is my theory...and I am sticking to it! ?

Cords do seem to have an amazing ability to get messy again. That and falling down cracks regardless of what you do to hold them up.

Very clever (regarding the OP's project). :)
