my imac wont turn on

I have a green imac, i don't know the exact specs , but it just turned off one day and won't turn back on! Can somebody help me

G4 1Ghz OS X 10.4.7
Have you reset the PRAM (inside, near the RAM cards) -touch the metal chassis carefully to discharge static and replaced the internal back up lithium battery?
