everytime i create a new word/ppt/or excel worksheet, i get this...

whats going on?

This happened to me last week when opening Excel. I did a google on it, and did a cleanup with MainMenu and a reboot, and it stopped.

That's probably not much help but MainMenu might be worth a try.

tried running a full batch.

did not work.
