.mp3 to .mmf converter?

Are there any free .mp3 to .mff converter for mac? I need to convert some .mp3's so they work on my cell. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

How about an inexpensive program. I'd be willing to pay a bit to avoid downloading 30 seconds of music for $2.99 a pop.

Yamaha has published some free tools that create MMF files. Most of them are for PC, but there are a couple that are for Mac and should do what you want:
