Moving mailbox

I used to just drag and drop mailboxes I Mac Mail, but for some reason, when I double-click a mailbox name in the side bar, the mailbox name is just highlighted for me to change the name. I'm running Ventura now (13.0.1) but this started happening even when I was running Monterey. My Mail version is 16.0. Is there a new way to move a mailboxes?
