Mouse wheel left click possible?

ihavent been able to find any program via google the last 2 hours of searching that can allows my mouse wheel button to function as left click. can any1 help me?
i finaly decided to make an account here and hope there is someone thats knows a program .
i tryed Steermouse but didnt work
oh btw im not using the magic mouse think that uget from start ibuyed another mouse

hope someone can help me
i just repeat once more short so we have clear what im asknig for and no confused.
iwant to change my mousewheel button to function with both scroll up and down as left click function but sametime my left click have to work still aswell

any help?

If you're not going to tell us what mouse you ARE using, I doubt anybody's going to be able to help.

Don't know why Steermouse didn't work. Assuming you didn't/cant get the Razer software you can try
Download USB Overdrive X for Mac - USB driver handles most mice, trackballs, other input devices. MacUpdate.com
I use it for my Diamondback.

Make sure the ones with blue arrows are selected. Change the red arrow to click. (this is USBOverdrive. Other drivers should be similar)

idid all this but still when i mouse scroll it dont left click it just scroll can umaybe add my skype and help me out there? faster. =/
