midi guitar tabs or sheetmusic

is there a program that converts midi music into guitar tabs or sheetmusic for mac?

i know they make such a thing for windows called power tabs.

im not sure but i think you can do that in garageband..

import the midi file..
then click the button with the scissors (edit track)...

then under the velocity control... are two buttons... select the one with note on it..

i think that could work..

It doesn't have print functionality unfortunately. Hopefully in iLife '07.
