Actually, O365 and MS Office 2021 run on both Silicon and Intel although MS has stated that they are fully Apple.

Another way to see it on Monterey is to open About This Mac, the System Report and check Software/Applications. One of the columns is "Kind," which shows Intel, Universal, 32-bit (unsupported, but could be there on the drive).
