Memory Question

Since I just purchased this ram after taking advice for fitting from Crucialdotcoms online setup, will this correctly fit and work properly with my new IMac?


Corsair VS1GSDS667D2 1GB DDR2-667 PC2-5300 Value Select SO-DIMM Memory
* Retail
* Speed: PC2-5300
* Size: 1GB
* Organization: 128Mx64
* Package: 200 SODIMM

Everything I read told me it would work just fine so I ordered 2

They are on sale right now. Someone please advise so I know if I have to cancel my order

For your iMac, that memory should work just fine.

Thanks! Can't wait to bump up the ram. Should I just sell my original sticks on Ebay?

That's really up to you. Some people hold onto it so that they can stick it back in when giving it in for warranty service, only so that the Apple techs can't blame the memory for your problem.
