There is a massively complex equation that happens behind closed doors. All the mods have 1 part of it so there is no conspiracy's. Then they add up the count at the end of the month and if your name happens to appear then you are nominated

Its a matter of being a contributing member to the forum over a given month and giving the Mods heaps of stick so you don't leave there mind
