[Solved] Master Password message

Hi
I get this message
"Password Required
Please enter the master password for the Software Security Device."
on opening a web page from a link given in a company email using Firefox 32.0.3 on iMac osx 10.9.5.
Company is legit and I don't get the message using Safari.

This appears not an Apple problem but I don't know what program is popping up the message and wonder if someone recognises which program the message might come from. Clicking on the ? icon does nothing and I haven't guessed the password it requires. This has never happened before in many years.

Edit problem SOLVED: It was the Firefox Security program

Suggest you consider dumping FF until security measures are all cleared up. Mozilla has dropped the ball but version 32 is trying.
