Marks on Macbook

I have a white Macbook around one and half years old and i have noticed there are marks on the casing around the keyboard and then a horizontal mark across the trackpad button. They only show up with the right direction of light and its as though they are grease marks.

Does anybody know what they are and how to get rid of them.

Matt,

They sound like they could be use marks from your fingers. You could try a soft cleaner like dish washing detergent, see if that works. I've also heard an art eraser works on the area around the keyboard.

There have also been some other threads on similar subjects here - maybe search around a little, see what else you can find here.
