Make copies of OS X to install on other Macs

How do I make a copy of the downloaded but not yet installed OS X. So I don't have to download it all over again for my other Apple computer

2017 15" MBP, 16gig ram, 1TB SSD, OS 10.15
Depends on the exact OS version you are talking about. But if we're talking Mavericks or Yosemite. Do an internet search for "Bootable Mavericks Installer" or "Bootable Yosemite Installer".
