I have 8 gmail accounts on my iPhone, all using theApple mail app (Not a fan of the Gmail app). Until recently they all worked fine. Suddenly, a couple of days ago my primary account stopped syncing email that I deleted on my iPhone on the gmail server (and hence other connected devices). I removed the account and reinstalled it and the sync problem is fixed but now I can't get the "delete" behavior to match.
In the past, if I swiped left on the email I saw three options: "More', 'Flag', and 'Delete" [Delete showing the trash can icon]. Plus, in the lower left corner it showed the trashcan icon. Now in place of 'Trash' (in both places) I'm getting 'Archive'.
Any ideas how to change these back to Trash?
