Macbook weird noise

Hey everyone,
I've had my new Macbook for a few weeks and yesterday it started making a weird noise, it sounds sort of like a little boop and it seems to be coming from the bottom right of the laptop, does anyone have any idea what this could be? Should I go to the apple store and ask them? Thanks in advance for any help!

Is the noise coming from the area where the superdrive is mounted? If so, keep in mind that slot-loading optical drives do tend to be noisy. Occasional clicks and clunks from the superdrive are not anything to be concerned about.

I have the cheapest macbook model that doesn't have a superdrive so that couldn't be it, thanks for your help anyway.
