Hello!

I bought new ram for my macbook (late 2008, 13") I read on a forum that you could uppgrade it wth 8gb of ram.

But when I put in the new ram the computer wont start.

The ram is: 1Rx8 pc3-12800s-11-10-B2. 1333mhz 4gb.
I've checkd so I have the correct firmware and everything.

My old once is on 1067mhz.
Can this be the problem?

I thought that Rams could scale down.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

Way... way too many specs to list.
Return the RAM, and get 1066mhz.

Not all PCs do either, btw.
