Macbook Pro vibrating after being dropped!

I have a 13' Macbook Pro (early 2011) that I accidentally dropped today on concrete, from hip level (less than 3 feet height. I'm short!). It was in a soft padded case and it fell standing up right where the screen joins the laptop (it was in sleep mode). The upper right corner looks slightly dented and the screen feels misaligned whenever I close it. I've been using it and while it seems to be working just fine I can feel the bottom case vibrating, constantly. Is not making any unusual sounds or any clicks, it’s just a very mild vibration, with no buzzing, but it hasn't stopped.
I’m backing everything up just in case, even though I haven’t noticed anything unusual other than the vibration.
Should I expect potentially serious damage? I have extended protection, although I assume that this being accidental damage, it won't be covered by AppleCare.
Has anyone had any experience with this constant vibration thing?
Thanks!

There are only two moving parts…the spinning hard drive, and the cooling fan/fans. More than likely (if the HD is working ok)…the fan(s) are spinning & rubbing against something.

The "trick" would be…finding what area is bent from the fall…and if possible…bending it back in some way so that the fan doesn't rub/vibrate.

And you are correct. Applecare does not cover accidents.

p.s. Technically speaking...the optical drive would also be a moving part. But if you have no disk in there…then the optical drive shouldn't be spinning.

Thanks for the info!

I've noticed that when I open the screen all the way down, the vibration stops, and it vibrates when the screen is up at a (more or less) 90 degree angle, and I think the problem is that the fall misaligned the clutch a bit, which in turn is causing the bent area to push against something when the screen is in that position.

I'm pretty sure the vibration has diminished a bit, but I might be wrong. I plan to take it this week to the Apple repair service anyway, just to be sure.

@Mafis, Carrying it in for Apple repair service would be the best thing at this point. Even though you may have to pay for this damage, getting it fixed is the most important.
