If the charger is plugged, green light and orange one, seems to charge. Battery have been test with multimeter it always shows 2.20v. Battery connector shows 16,5v. Smc reset have been done. Even trying to switch it on with power pads failed. I have the diagram and schematic. Can you tell me which way to go, which components of nets to check?

That particular model MacBook Pro is not going to power up without a good battery. I suspect the battery may be defective or so weak that it can not power the machine on. Older model MacBook Pros and MacBooks could be run on AC main power without a battery, yours can't.

Make sure you buy the battery from a store that allows returns in case there may something else that's defective.
