Unfortunately when I tried to run diagnostics I can never get it to go into diagnostic mode holding down the D key when starting up. I tried to insert the original CD in the drive and boot the Apple Tools but it wouldn't work either and now I can't get the CD out of the drive. I have tried all the tricks located in this Forum (booting up holding down the mouse key or touchpad, tring to eject using the Firmware holding down the Control and Command keys while holding the O and F keys but none of them work. If you have any ideas please let me know.</p></blockquote><p></p>
