Just signed up here - hello all...

Purchased one of the new top range Macbook Pro's (top spec) and installed XP on the machine.

All's ok up to the part where I open up Win XP and insert the Leopard CD to install all the drivers nessacery to get online etc...however during installation I get the dreaded blue screen of death...and the Macbook Pro ends up just rebooting itself...

Am I doing something wrong here? I followed the guide perfect on the Apple site - I was wondering maybye it's to do with top spec Macbook Pro - will I need Vista? :(...

Thanks

C

Nothing to do with your MBP being top of the line. Did you install XP SP2?

Regards.
