Macbook Pro 2018 - display blinking horizontal lines

Does it happen on all web pages? Sometimes things like this can be a single website issue.
If it happens on many/all websites you visit...a good way to test if the MacBook Pro is having hardware issues is to connect an external monitor...and see if these blinking horizontal lines happen on the external display.
* If no blinking lines on external display...the MacBook Pro could have a hardware issue.
* If there are blinking lines on the external display...could be a MBP hardware or software/macOS issue.

Very difficult to see. Could be connection between keybpoard and screen.
