MacBook Pro 14" Sound crackles

Hello,

When I listen to music, the speaker crackles once a minute, very strange. I do not understand what is this the laptop was bought more than a month ago. The problem appeared recently. Any suggestions?

I know you said the laptop/notebook was purchased recently. Was it brand new?

It would help us to help you if you could give exact details of:

Laptop model, year, and Operating System (OS) (You can get all that info by clicking on the Apple icon, far left on top menu bar and choosing "About this Mac".

I presume you are talking about the built-in speaker(s)? Or external speakers? And if internal, is it always the same speaker or all of them that crackle?

I'm sorry to bother you. I appreciate you were looking for a quick solution, but without all of the above data, it's difficult to assist

Hello!

Yes, this is a brand new 2021 MacBook Pro 14" M1 Pro from Amazon.

16GB Memory. 512GB SSD.

I have MacOS 12.3.1, latest version as I know.

I use built-in speakers

I have the 2021 14” MBP and do not have an issue but it looks like others do. Here is a link to what others are hearing and some possible solutions.

The most popular solutions seems to be restarting your MBP and/or doing a SMC reset.
