Macbook Battery

13 inch Macbook Pro Retina, 2.7ghz, 128gb SSD
When i charge my macbook battery it says 100% when its finished, but when i disconnect the magsafe power cord it says the battery life is 98%...

is this normal?

BTW I have had 163 load cycles and my battery health is 100%

Yes, that's normal. The percentage remaining will vary depending on how you're using your computer. The rate of depletion is variable based on a number of factors, so the power management systems have to "guess" based on usage trends as to what percentage or how much longer the battery will last.
