I don't mean to sound like a newb at some things but I have to know! I use my macbook as my main computer now(haven't touched my pc for anything serious since I got my macbook). I find that between working on homework, my site, and other various things I am on it most of my day. With it being a laptop I was always learned to run off of battery until I hit the red zone and then plug it in. I was learned that if you left a laptop plugged in all the time it would degrade the battery. Is this true of the macs, what practice should I use? I have found my battery goes dead 2x a day and the charge is lasting less and less. Thanks for the input!

Look in your macbook manual at the section about 'calibrating' your battery, or search the forums to learn more about it.
