Macbook Air Auto Shut down

Hi Every One
i have MacBook Air i am facing problem when i ON the Device its Turn Off automatically i try to Restore by ( Option + R ) and install OS from USB also but its didnt complete because its OFF withn 40Seconds

any body please help me

Have you tried doing a PRAM zap?
Hold down Command-Option-P-R while turning on. Continue to hold until you hear the startup chime 3 times.
It also would wouldn't hurt to do a reset of the Power Management.
Hold down Shift-Option-Command, then press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds.

This sounds like a serious issue that ought to be assessed by a tech. The machine shouldn't be randomly shutting down which makes me think that this may be a hardware fault. Pop into an Apple Store or into a business with an Apple Authorized Service Provider to get an assessment.
