I want to subscribe to one of these mags and I want to know what some of you read. If I'm missing another good read mention it. Thanks.

I think both are good mag. I really enjoy MacWorld, though (my opinion). I haven't read MacAddict in a long time and so I can't compare the two, I just really like MacWorld, that's all.

Mac Addict is a sister-pub to Maximum PC, which I currently subscribe to. Maximum PC is a little harder-edged than something like PC World, and makes the read way more interesting. I'm not looking to hack my soon-to-be new iMac, but I do appreciate in-depth writing and something a little "different", every so often.

I'm subscribed to MacWorld, and I'm satisfied with it very much. But I'm not really sure how the other compares.

Macworld, hands down.

MacAddict and their constant need to bash everything PC gets annoying after a while. It makes me feel like I'm reading something written by an obsessed teenager.

MacAddict is a great mag, I love the annual April Fools Jokes. They do have cool tips for Final Cut every once and a while, and I like the reviews. Macworld seems a little too formal for me.

I like MacAddict. Mac World seems a little too stuffy for me.

To me the fact that even our own MacAddikt likes Mac World better says something! :spook:

On a more serious note, Reading all that people here have said makes me want to try out Mac Addict. I do not like magazines like PC World as I have always felt them to be Biased against AMD for one example and a bit stuffy also. I have had a subscription to Mac World and liked it, but think I will try out Mac Addict and see how they are.
