mac rename shortcut ?

Hi all.... I use both PC and MAC... but one thing that just drives me nuts on the mac, is renaming folders and files in the Finder. On a PC, the F2 key is the shortcut for renaming just about anywhere, once you've selected or highlighted your target. Is there such a shortcut on a MAC..?? This would be such a time saver..!! Any help you can offer....

Highlight the file/folder you want to rename and hit the return key and then rename away. :black:

I just right click and then pick Info then go in and retype the name I want it to be. No problem.
