Mac OS X behaving mysteriously after downloading file

I have recently downloaded Google Chrome+ from a third party and after running it, it seems normal, but after reboot, Mac OS X crashed with the last line saying:

"Thank You Very Much For Falling For GC+"

Every time since my mac has tried to boot up, with the same message each time, I decided to go into the experimental phase. I smashed my hard drive, drilled the screen, and hammered the keyboard. BAM! It works like magic.

Ok. That's not what happened. Each time I boot up my mac it comes up with the same message, as I said before, but at the 4th boot, I saw a message: "Connect And Ipad With Ios 1 And You Got A Deal". Right, "an" was misspelled as "and". Those hackers have bad grammar. Anyway, I drilled an ipad and smashed it into my usb port, crumpling it. IT WORKS!!!!!

Okay, I didn't do that. But I connected an ipad to it, and strangely enough, my ipad and mac both rebooted with the same exact message: "Dude You Got Trolled", in ASCII art.

I took both my products to an Apple Store and the worker, after like an hour of examination, he said, "I'm afraid I can't fix this. I've never seen this before.".

So can anybody help me with this? I'm afraid to connect it to my PC as my PC might get the virus too...

Is there even "such an animal" as Google Chrome+?? Why would you ever download Chrome from anywhere other than directly from Google.com??

Erase both of them...and do a fresh OS install (basically start from scratch). Lesson learned...DON'T download stuff from anywhere but from the developer¡

Nope.

But it is probably malware/adware. Try Adware Medic and see if that removes the problem.


PS. That was a really dumb thing you did. In future, use either the Mac App Store, MacUpdate.com or the developer's own website. And nothing else.
