What Safari version(s)? Do you have any add-ons installed on either Mac - like adblocker?
What exact web site? So we can look at it, too.
I looked again at the CU survey again so I could answer your questions, at: http://survey.consumerreports.org/wix3/p2981421723.aspx?r=1922747&s=KWNRUILI&eff=18
and there were the missing buttons and the dark band at the top, as they should be. The only thing I've done since the original post was to run SuperDuper! Heroic Backup for Mac, which fixes the Permissions. Or Steve Jobs reached out from the Other Side to fix things. Thanks for trying to help. Much Appreciated.
