Okay so is there away with the Mail software to check the status of the email that was sent if they have view it yet.... also is there an eassy way to resend a email?

I'm not sure how you would put a receipt in a Mail email; such things are notoriously unreliable anyway since the recipient of the email can usually control whether the receipt it actually sent or not.

Resending an email (literally sending the exact same email to the exact same person) is very easy. Choose the email from your Sent box and press Shift + Command + D. Alternatively, go to the Message menu at the top of the screen and choose Send Again.

If you want to send the email to other people (Forward), select the email from any folder and choose "Forward" from the toolbar near the top of the Mail window; or, press Shift + Command + F; or, choose "Forward" from the Message menu at the top of the screen.
