Mac is auto capitalizing certain word

The iceman would deliver a large block of ice and place it in the icebox. The enclosure below is where you would put your food. Of course the delivery of ice was ongoing.
The ice melted. Where did the water go? Was the water applied in a useful way, or just discarded?

But, not to stray off-topic, back to the pirate problem: big arrrh (no g)

The water was discarded. The ice was at the top of the box because cold air falls. When the first electric refrigerators were developed, the freezer section was at the top to make it familiar. There were also large condensing coils on top to do the heat exchange. Amazing impact on society from refrigeration. Maybe it ought to be capitalized?

Actually for the ice boxes where I lived and grew up on James Island, the water was usually saved for making tea etc. as the water that came out of the community company-owned taps was barely drinkable and contaminated with saltwater from the ocean as well as dead rats and muskrats that ended up in the community well, at least that was the joke that many would say was the cause.

As for capitalization, maybe try using Grammarly or follow some of the rules:
