Could you tell the difference and say which one is the Apple original?? (Quick crude scans BTW)

The one on the left is the Apple original. The one on the right is the fake...because the word "Leopard" is messed up...and the one on the right has a large central hub.

But agreed...if some sellers are doing this...it would be pretty difficult for the average user to differentiate on a webpage when buying. Hopefully this sort of thing is a rare occurrence.

I would also suspect the the one on the left does not have a paper label and the one on the right does. The left one has the stuff printed directly on the disk.
