I should get my internet back today. Switching to Insight Digital 20.0

As a note, I found out that AT&T was charging me the same amount of money for an unreliable 6 MBPS connection (which could only support 4 computers on the connection without bogging down) as Insight was for a stable, constant rate of 20 MBPS.

I shall be back soon!

Well I hate to sound dense (might be unavoidable?) but after downloading Conversation, I cannot seem to get logged on nor in the room. I have used mIRC many time but I'm afraid these 2 programs are nothing alike.
Any ideas for an apparent newbie?

Edit...I finally figured it out.

I found the place but no one was home.

I may or may not be able to make it, my sister called me saying she may have have a set of lungs heading her way, for those who can't remember she has lupus and needs a transplant.

Nope, sure haven't. That's ok because I finally got this one working. (lack of smarts on my part just hampered the project a little)
Since I'm a newbie, I'm going to try and stop in there and say hi to everyone.

What a great night on irc ! Had some great disscussions and had a chance to get to know a couple of new members ( welcome to randoo53 and wiggly1 ) learned some cool stuff( I learned just how nice canadians are !) oh and we decided there are 3 topics off limits on the forum and irc and they are:
1. Religion
2. Politics
3. Goats

you all should have been there. Hope we will see you all next week.

It was an interesting discussion to say the least once everyone joined. Like clayneal said, everyone is encouraged to join.

For those of you on the other side of the Atlantic, you are encouraged to setup a time to have a discussion that is convenient for you. I know we always plan for 8EST/5PST but we encourage those of you in similar timezones (such as our European friends) to co-ordinate a discussion time. Some of us might even drop in to chat.

I just edited my last post because my sister-in-law ( who hales from north of the border ) just informed me that I used a word that could be considered insulting. So to those that saw it ( vansmith ) I am truely sorry I didn't know !

Try to pop in for a little while. Long weekend. Put a new damper on the chimney yesterday and got the TV wall mounted with all the cabling in wall today.
