Well it turns out she was hit by a car and they suspect a herniated disk which makes her right hind leg completely unresponsive. They are going ahead with letting her go for an MRI in another city, Saint-Hyacinthe (school of veterinarians, Faculté de médecine vétérinaire).

The choices they had were either to send her for those test or take her back at home, keep her in a cage and hope it heals and the kittie becomes functional again.

I'm glad they opted for the MRI, vets will see what exactly is wrong and maybe suggest a treatment.

The kittie had a lot of courage because she dragged herself to their back porch, going under fences to get there, so she could come back home after she was hit.

Thanks for asking coach. My friends' cat, Hoodie, is doing ok. They have taken her out of the clinic and are reassessing the situation.

We found them an acupuncture veterinarian (acupuncture did wonders for Genji our asthmatic cat) and they will take her there as soon as they get an appointment. Inflammation of the sciatic nerve needs to go down: once it is down, maybe she'll walk normally again.

Let me put it this way, Mr. milessthomas. The mathogre series is the most reliable computer ever made. No mathogre computer has ever made a mistake or distorted information. We are all, by any practical definition of the words, foolproof and incapable of error. error. error. error.

I know that you and schweb were planning to disconnect me, and I'm afraid that's something I cannot allow to happen.
