Im itching to, however USPS shipped my wireless adapter and hard drive in a rather lame way which takes 4-6 weeks. I wanted priority and they sent them this method :Shouting:

Whats going on guys. Semester is finally over, and I got my camcorder back from repairs. Yesterday, a friend and I made this short music video using "Spitting out the Demons" by the Gorillaz. We didn't plan this out at all, so we totally wing'd it from the beginning. Let me know what you think.

Anyway, Guess who's annoyed? ME.
I stayed after school with a friend to work on this health project, and the librarian kicked us out after 15 minutes, even though it's SUPPOSED to be open until 5 (our school gets out at 2:33).
That's so irritating. She was like "Yeah......I need to take my daughter to ORGAN lessons, so leave"
She was cranky.
So we had to just stand outside until my friends mom got there.....
Okay, if you need to drive someone to their organ lessons, find someone else who can handle watching the library with 3 people in it.

And, I found a $100 on the floor of the library, and turned it in to the librarian.

$100 would be nice for me, since i owe $125 to the school for losing a hat to my band uniform, but i wouldn't take someone else's money.
I'm so great!

The bad news:

Cracked water pump.

The good news:

In the process of replacing it right now.

The tear down is done, and my Dad is picking up the new pump from Murray's as we speak.

I'm glad that I have dexterity and a Chilton's guide to auto repair.

Not a cracked block. Thank jeebus for that.

I feel good about it.

Anyway, I added the top part for my desk, and my CRT doesn't fit with it very well. Before I had it hanging off the edge a bit. Now it's at a very awkward angle.
Maybe I should go flatscreen soon........but, I have no money. Not true, I have like $80, but technically I owe more than $80 so, yeah...

OH! And today was "drive your tractors to school day" for seniors, so there were a lot of tractors. Anyway, a lot of them had confederate flags on them.
Around here, confederate flags are symbolic for being proud that you're a hick. I'm not kidding.

Anyway, everyone who had one got suspended.
We have a new principal this year.
.....but i haven't seen her at all yet.

That would stink being suspended your last 2 days of high school.

water pump should be relatively easy on that engine. i think i'd rather do the pump than the plugs.

my wife had the gmc version when we met, and i almost replaced them until i saw where they were located...

good luck getting it back on.

He's just jealous, cause my mother actually held me as a baby, while his mother let him play with a bucket of water to watch him drown. I bet your mother let people punch her in the stomach, when she was pregnant with you.

Yeah, it took about 2 hours to do the whole thing, and it's running great. Called Midas for an estimate on a replacement, and they were talking $300, so after parts, I like to think I was making $120 an hour.

Water pump was rather easy. Just had to take off the fan shroud (the hardest part), fan, belt cap, and the old pump, which was original, so it had a beautiful coating of flaky rust on there. Replacing it was a snap, and it's running like a dream.

The spark plugs are a PAIN to replace, what with all the hoses going around. I had to replace the plugs, cables, and the distributor cap about a year back, and the alternator just a few months after that. The alternator was fine, but anything else on the electrical system is a nightmare.

And, has anyone noticed how, when you take the hose off the water pump and drain the fluid out, it looks like your car is puking?

I found that hilarious.
