Looks like fun times. I get to go shooting at 0600hrs Monday with the Army. It won't be fun.

I can't sleep, and its about 5:30 AM here....

Ive been sick the last couple days and missed my first hockey game of the year and there is another game today and I don't think I'll be good enough to play. I have a real stuffed up nose with head aches so its no fun!

sorry for a semi-rant, I'm just a little bummed about missing my first two games of the year.

Well today wasn't a bad day. Went to church early this morning, then mom took me shopping out of town for most of the afternoon. We just got home and now she's washing all of my new clothes! I'm so lucky!

When the clothes get done I'll probably head back to my apartment on campus. Gotta watch the new Family Guy tonight, other than that, it's all I have planned for the night. I would do some homework but since we had tests all last week, I don't have much to do!

Same here. I have a pit in my stomach because I'm so anxious to get the next week started and find out how I did on all of my exams. I really choked on one of them, despite the fact that I studied for it, and I'm worried about it.

On a separate note, I had a pretty interesting weekend. I got some other college people kind of mad at me because I got buzzed and a little preachy last night. It didn't bother me because I still think I'm right. Some guy said that, "These are the best years of our lives" and I disagreed and argued. I don't know. The way I see it is if you truly believe that your college years are your best years, then you've set yourself up for defeat. I mean, if you really think it won't ever get better than this, then what are you working towards? These aren't the best or worst years of your life, they're the building years. They're the transformative years. Saying they're the best years is like saying that a finished sculpture looked better when it was being chisled. There's just no logic to it. I can start to see it now, I really can see why there are so many people who do horribly in college and spend more time drinking than studying. If you don't think you'll be better off when you graduate, then you really have no motivation to move on. I mean, there are so many people there who aren't even capable of intelligent conversation. I'm not trying to be arrogant, but I think there are a lot of people there who have the IQ of a cucumber. And I think that it is due, at least in part, to the fact that they think they've reached the pinnacle of their lives. That's the mentality that I'm surrounded by, and it's pretty annoying.

Sorry to disappoint you man, but as I just found out earlier today that it will be season 5 re runs until November 4th.

It will be a great episode though, the first of a two parter with the title "Stewie kills lois"!!

Yes it's a fractal, generated using XaoS, an app available for the Mac. ^_^ I was in the mood for a change, but wasn't sure what I wanted. I'll confess my mood has been a tad funky lately, in part because I *still* have the effects of a virus I caught after returning from our vacation.
