The Calibrations are practically done on the new MR. My new speakers arrived at my parents house this morning and they told me it looks and sounds GRREAT. and punch of other stuff is finally going my way... w00t w00t

I'm having a great day as well! First off my hardest school day is over with! We also have our Physics lecture cancelled for Thursday so that means I only have one class for each day the rest of the week.

Not to mention the Cubbies got into a 7th inning rally and scored 4 runs to take the lead against the Brewers. They need to win this game since the Cardinals are winning against the Astros.

Well I'm off to class in five minutes, I had a bit of extra time so I decided to come on here and say good morning to everyone.

I am on a roll... first week of school, and I'm already playing hookie... wow...

I found an apartment today, its a little smaller than I'd like, but its decent. $475/mth, includes heat, water, and trash. I just need to pay gas and electric, plus cable and internet.

Its a 2 bdroom, and I'll be splitting it with a friend, need to decide if I'm gonna take it, if I do, I'll be in my own apartment this weekend.

WOW! You can't find a 2 bedroom where I live for less than $1400/month, well at least not one that you would actually want to live in....

My youngest did the same thing last Tuesday. So far she loves it.

Here's a fun exercise you can do Ryan. When you get home, write yourself a letter about your first day of HS. Seal it and give it to one of your folks to hold and ask them to give it back to you on Graduation day. I've done this for both of my kids and I know my oldest (who is a Senior this year) is going to be surprised and will enjoy reading that letter when she graduates next spring. I also know she has long since forgotten about writing it. It will be a nice window into your own past and will show you just how much you have changed in four short years.

The modest 2br apartment we left 8 years ago now rents for $1500/mo. I miss it in some ways actually. It faced the south and had a nice sun room looking out toward trees. In the summer, the moon was low enough that when full it did a nice job of lighting the sun room (moon room?!).

I'm glad we own our own home now, but renting was fine.

Same thing here in my area! 2 bedrooms go for $1000 and up!

So far my 1st week of classes has been good. I was really nervous the 1st day but I'm good now.

OH MAN.... I finally finished that install. All the Cals are done and that baby is ready to start Scanning some Patients..

And just to make my day even better. I was able to sell the customer a $5300 UPS (uninterruptible Power Supply) woohooo, I think I make 3% commission, oh well.

I am HAPPY TODAY.

And I am taking Friday off, so I get to go to my parents tomorrow night and Get my good pup ROCKY back, and play with my new Kick Butt Speakers for the my iPod... WOOOHOOO ;P

I hope everyone is having a good day today. Mine has been awesome so far. Got out of class an hour early and grabbed coffee with some chick who's in the class. Now I'm going to grab something to eat and probably head to work early.
