I just got an email saying I won £500,000. Fishy subject line and no name of who I won it from etc... I think I will foolishly respond with my name, social, and birth date and see if they actually send me the money. What do you think?;)

cuhnool is correct: Airplane!

I also love the "...not important right now" lines.

The cockpit? What is it?
It's a little room at the front of the plane where the pilots sit. But that's not important right now.

The hospital? What is it?
It's a large building with a lot of sick people in it, but that's not important right now.

I love it!

Oh, I really love when the three pilots get the names confused. That is so funny it gives me side pains ;P

Old School is still one of my favorites, reminds me of my freshman year of college! Not because of all the college drinking or the fraternity, just because we literally watched that movie ALL THE TIME.

You know I have been wanting to see that movie, but never got to doing it. I have seen Animal House though.

It's pretty good. Will Ferrel plays a better side-character rather than a main one. His humor is getting pretty repetitive in his latest movies. I think the last movie of his I saw that I actually laughed a lot was Anchorman. I didn't like Talledega Nights and his new one called Step-Brothers or something looks really bad.

Semi Pro was amazing. That was actually a good one. But yeah TN wasn't too fantastic, and Step-Brothers I havent heard of :p

I think it's called Step-Brothers, ..maybe I'm wrong, just google new Will Ferrell movie or something and it should come up. It has John C. Riley in it too.

That movie looks pretty good, and that's saying a lot considering I haven't been much of a fan of superhero movies besides Spiderman. ;)

I actually have a pretty exciting weekend lined up. I tried getting IMAX tickets for TDK a couple of evenings ago, but they are all sold out around here. I'm actually going to see it (ordered tickets online) at a 10:15AM showing Saturday morning. I felt like not too many people will want to go see it that early in the morning, so hopefully we won't have to get to the theatre too early for seats.

Sunday I'm going to Houston to see the Cubs play the Astros (go Cubs!).

Not to mention my aunt receives her Mac Mini tomorrow so I will get to stay up late showing her how to set things up and install the proper plugins/applications for her.

I am also heading back home (good ole Illinois) in less than 3 weeks! I can't wait to start the fall semester!

:D

Sounds like a fun weekend todd!

My weekend, will be pretty sweet as well. Later today, I will be getting my braces tightened (already mentioned this) and then my lady friend will be coming over around 3, then on saturday I leave to go see my cousin in Texas. He lives in some huge gated community, with huge houses, costing like half a mil to 1 mil. it will be awesome!

(hey maybe he can take me for a ride in his Lambo! ;) )

Can't sleep.

Work in 2.5 hours.

O_O

It's okay, at least my insomnia is productive.

I've got a cover of Buddy Holly's "Maybe Baby" 90% recorded.

Just learned how to play it in the past hour too.

I'm really just chugging along here.

OH DEAR LORD I NEED TO SLEEP.

So I know I've barely been here lately, but I just turned 21 and I just had my first (legal) drink, and I thought I'd share this historic moment with you all. I had a (Gin) Martini made with Bombay Sapphire gin and Martini & Rossi vermouth and, of course, a Mezzetta's Martini olive. I'm probably the only college student who can say that.

Hey now, don't overgeneralize about college students and their taste of cocktails...

I prefer my martinis with Gordon's, white vermouth, and a splash of scotch (generally referred to as the "Silver Bullet"). Definitely garnish with an olive and try to get a decent amount of the juice in there (I love a good old dirty martini).

My favorite alcohol based beverage would definitely be a low sodium V8 based Bloody Mary, chock full of asparagus, celery, olives, and perhaps a carrot. Most places won't make this for you however, they'll just dump some mix and vodka into a glass and call it a day :p

Congratulations though! The trick now is to figure out how to stop aging :)

Oh man.

Gin.

It smells like Pine-Sol, and it tastes no better.

It'll put some hair on your behind, I tell ya that much.
