That sucks man. I feel like I should be doing creative work on my personal website/blog. Although, I just can't seem to think about what to blog about. I would like to drive a tad bit of traffic to it so that I can pay the money for what the domain/hosting costs me a month.

you could post a blog about how you're trying to think of a topic to blog on ;)

Of course, i think that would beat the purpose of blogging :p

Haha, yes that would definitely defeat the purpose. I thought about doing something with web design/trends, or something with Mac.

Oh well, I'll decide on something sooner or later.

Hey guys, how is everyone? Just got back from taking my wife out to dinner and a movie. We went and saw Get Smart. It was great, I highly recommend it if you are a fan of the original show or Steve Carell in general. Well I'm going to bed, hope every one has a happy 4th! Be safe and remember alcohol and fireworks don't mix.

So my aunt and I just picked up 2 Emprex 4Gb USB flash drives for $7.99 after mail-in rebate. Fry's 3-day Fourth of July sale started today. They have some pretty good stuff for cheap.

His parents were getting divorced. Maybe his life is a little hectic now. Who knows...

That's too bad, I miss seeing him around here. Maybe he'll be back soon.

So, yesterday, I was headed south on I-75 through Troy, (yesh, regional speak. If you know I-75 you'll know it's like the Autobahn 98% of the time, so this story will make more sense), and this lady in a Lincoln Navigator starts tailgating me. Now, I'm boxed in except for the lane was empty in front of me.

I figure, okay, she'll get the hint if I slow down a little bit, you know, speed limit range, but no, she gets closer to me. I don't want to wreck, so I pick up speed in an attempt to get away from this jerk, and right as I hit about, oh, 85 mph, I see the State Trooper in the ditch. And then I see him take off.

Pulls up NEXT to both my car and the navigator, turns on his loudspeaker "DRIVERS, PULL OVER". I followed this up with a string of profanities of which Carlin himself would be proud of, muttered in a quiet monotone.

Cop gets the lady's license, but she can't find her title or proof of insurance, comes up to my car and I already have it in hand.

"You know why I pulled you over?"
"Yes sir, I was doing 85."
"88, just like the lady who was 6 feet off your bumper."
"Oh. Sorry sir."
"Just lemme see your license and paperwork."

At this point he walks back to the lady's car, and the registration she handed him was expired, so he walks to his car. He then walks back to my car, and just stares at me. At this point, I'm essentially in need of a new pair of pants, and possibly new upholstery.

"You know I'm just staring at you to make you uncomfortable, right?"
"Yes sir."
"That was a joke. It is okay to laugh."
"Sorry sir."
*looks to my girlfriend*
"You knew that was a joke young lady, right?"
"Yeah." *chuckles*
*looks to me*
"You were polite, honest, and you didn't try to tell me you were doing 72 like the lady behind you. You just slow it down out there, okay?"
"Yes sir, officer."

The whole ride home, my girlfriend was basically laughing and razzing me that I have the best luck with cops. Maybe I do, or maybe they deal with enough jerks every day that having a teenager who isn't one is just one of those "Wow, I never thought I'd live to see the day" things for 'em.

Also, I'm back in the studio, a mere 6 months after releasing my last EP. I'm a busy beaver.

I brake for tailgaters. Easiest way to get them off my butt.
If the other lane was open, I would have hit them kind of hard just to tick the other driver off. (I really dislike tailgaters)

I'm the same way, I always slow down a little bit, if they want to get in front of me, they will. Although, I have had my fare share of people who deliberately get in front of me, slow down, causing me to take off my cruise control. Then when I pass them they do it again.

Some people are just bored and have nothing better to do with their time (or money).

I brake for tailgaters.

When I drive, and someone is riding my bumper like 5 inches away from it is OKAY, I wish i could just yank that e-brake up so they'd slam into me.

Of course, that is dangerous, and would damage my car (including the brakes). But I could just say my brakes locked up
