Lost a section of my Safari favorites

So I saved a set of tabs as a folder in my favorites and went back to review them and not only is that folder not there but the parent (several levels up in fact) is also missing. Not all favorites, but one critical section right below Favorites is completely gone.

Sometimes I hate iCloud…

Ideas?
