Tinkering with and for small tasks here and there. I don't personally sell old PC's, but they are probably much harder to sell than an old mac from 1999. People like to buy the old Macs because they're cute and unique, but a PC from 1999 is more likely just a biege box that nobody would really want (or pay for at least)My personal recommendation for the older PC's one you're done with them is to donate them to a local place.
