I have an actual book diary, A4/Letter size which has handy columns, as I manage several people, I can write in each person's schedule in a different column.
I'm baffled that I can't find an App that replicates this. I can create separate calendars for each person on iCal, but they get all mish-mashed and are not as easy to view, they're just colour blocks, would be great if they are in separate columns like the book above.
