locked out

I recently had to fire a member of staff & it's taken me 2 weeks to get my powerbook back from him. however he says he can't remember his login name!
he says he can't find the restore discs etc:- what can i do

Boot off of an OS X 10.2 install disc and use the "Reset Password" function at the initial selection screen.

Though can you blame him for his hold on the mac?
