Local Window Switching

Hi all!

I have a 1 GHZ iBook G4 with 1.12GB DDR SDRAM running OS X version 10.3.8. Does anyone out there know anything about switching between windows in the same apps?

For example.
On a windows machine when you press ctrl + alt you switch between windows, but on the mac that switches between running apps.

What if I have 3 windows open in safari, how can i switch to another window of safari using keystrokes?

Anyone have an idea here?

Preprogramed F9 button... that gets you to choose the window you want. you can arrrange that in the preferences menu, too; under exposé.
