I am trying to decide how to go about replacing our current Mac Pro server. I am looking at a MacMini server with Lion Server Preinstalled. I have done a lot of researching and almost came to the conclusion that windows will not bind. Then I came across this apple document that explains how to bind Win Vista and Win 7 to Lion server.
I want to be able to have login services for both our macs and PCs on one sever if possible, Upgrading to Win 7 would be a small price compared to implementing a windows server on the same network as the Mac server.
Are you able to bind Windows 7 to Lion Server, or is there no support?
